Our internal DE&I committee work to improve representation in our workplace as well as introducing schemes and opportunities to promote inclusion in all forms. This means developing a safe space for everyone to be respected and to achieve success in their roles and as people.

Women in Venatus

Through the establishment of the Women in Venatus employee resource group, we have created a supportive network for female employees across our organization. This group facilitates professional development opportunities, such as training, conferences, and mentorship programs. 

Social committee

Our social committee provide inclusive opportunities for our team to build stronger relationships outside of the office. From bowling, to theatre trips and more, there are plenty of opportunities to socialise.
