Nathalie Francisci founded Venatus Conseil in 1997 until September 2008 before the acquisition of Mandrake Consulting. Venatus Conseil was known for its expertise in recruiting of senior managers and executives for the financial and the corporate services and now a part of one the largest firm across Canada with a multi-specialties offer.

Nathalie Francisci acquired some fifteen years of experience in France and Quebec working with large and medium-sized enterprises. She is recognized for her expertise in the career management and recruitment of executives and managers. Nathalie has been a columnist with Affaires Plus magazine since 2003, giving career advice each month to over 430,000 readers. Whether on the radio, television or at conferences, Nathalie zeroes in on the essence of the matter openly and objectively thanks to her direct and pragmatic approach.

Renowned and actively involved business woman, she was a finalist in the Mercuriades 2001 contest, won the 2003 leadership award of the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada and she won the “Quebec Business Woman” in 2001 and in 2007. Since 2006, she sits on the Executive Committee of the Institute of Corporate Directors, Quebec Chapter. She never forgets that she works with people, for people.
